CHARACTER: Peridot CANON: Steven Universe CHARACTER TYPE/PERSONALITY: Peridot is a cranky, irritable, and arrogant scientist/technician. She's spent most of her life in a very hierarchical culture and has only very recently started stepping away from it (or even questioning those values). As a result, she's a stubborn, arrogant little know-it-all who tends to dismiss people she thinks of as "dumb" or "primitive" out of hand, if only to preserve her own ego or security. She does have a heart deep down, though. It just takes some digging. But she's usually going to be abrasive, blunt, and altogether condescending. Tends toward panic in life-threatening situations, but she usually pulls herself together. She's really not a fighter, though - just a tech!
WHAT YOUR CHARACTER HAS BEEN UP TO IN GAME RECENTLY: Exploring the Aurora, mostly. And considering putting together some drones that they can use to do wider-ranging scouting sweeps.
TYPE OF CR YOU'D LIKE: Peridot really needs to settle in and learn to trust these people - so people who are willing to put up with her arrogance and bratty tendencies would be great! But so would people who can't, because there's nothing better than two people who absolutely hate each other. Conflict is fun! She is also willing to teach people more about science/technical stuff, just expect her to talk down to you. Forever.
