jade!!! alright so karkat is very glad he has landed in harley friendship zone since he worked... very hard to secure that? like after he decided to stop trolling her and to try to work together but then he just kept fucking it up with the whole past/current/future self fiasco? and then when they finally started to get along murderstuck started and then they were sent on their respective three years trips? and karkat was worried about that since three years is a long time and he was concerned that he'd have to like, win her over all over again and he was not sure if he could do that again without the threat of their deaths hanging over them SO

anyway he is glad that she's here even though he is gonna be a little awkward cause he's going to be trying extremely hard not to fuck it up, although that'll probably fade away the more time they spend together? but for the first couple of weeks it's gonna be awkward city. and he also used to have a crush on her (jade you're popular??) so he is probably going to make embarrassing slip up now and then I'M SORRY IN ADVANCE but karkat just does not know how to control the dumb shit that falls outta his mouth... anyway the point is he likes jades and wants to be her bud. but also like always she does still get on his nerves because literally everyone gets on his nerves to some degree so he'd still like. argue with her and stuff.
