...It's not that uncommon for sea creatures of my home to be able to take on another form. [Though, there're just as many just plain fish and such floating around. Fukami could definitely make himself look like a regular octopus that anyone would recognise, but there's no way he'd do that... No reason to be smol and more squishy.]
