I've got decent lines of sight here [a glimpse of Xiaolung's field of view, filled with colors only visible to eyes enhanced to see from the terahertz frequency range up to gamma rays] and I know the terrain. If I get eaten, it at least won't be a surprise. And like I said, I'd hate to waste the boat.
